By accessing our website, enrolling in a membership, or otherwise using any Return Home Protection service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you are enrolling on behalf of another person or a family, you represent that you are authorized to bind each covered individual to these terms.
02The service we provideReturn Home Protection is a lifetime membership program. In exchange for a one-time enrollment payment, Return Home Protection agrees to coordinate and manage the return of a deceased member to their home area in the event the member passes away while traveling.
When notified of a member's passing by a family member, personal representative, or other authorized individual, we arrange the necessary services to bring the member home. This includes coordination with funeral homes, transport providers, and applicable authorities in the location of passing and the member's home area, together with the preparation and documentation required for transport.
Membership is effective upon payment and remains in effect for the member's lifetime. No additional payments, renewals, or dues are required. Membership applies only to the enrolled individual named at the time of enrollment and is non-transferable. Return Home Protection is a membership service. It is not an insurance policy, and Return Home Protection is not an insurance company. Membership does not provide reimbursement to members or their families, does not pay benefits of any kind, and does not replace any insurance product. Our obligation under this membership is the direct arrangement and management of the services described above.
To initiate services, a family member or authorized representative must contact our assistance line, available 24 hours a day, at the number shown on the membership card. Services are initiated only upon such notification.
