These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Return Home Protection and the coordination services we provide. Please read them carefully. By enrolling in or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
01 Acceptance of termsBy accessing our website, enrolling in a membership, or otherwise using any Return Home Protection service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.If you are enrolling on behalf of another person or a family, you represent that you are authorized to bind each covered individual to these terms.

03Eligibility & enrollmentYou must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to enroll. By enrolling, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to enroll any additional travelers you include.
04Fees & paymentMembership fees are billed according to the plan you select at enrollment. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable recurring fee until you cancel. Fees are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.
If a payment fails or your account becomes past due, coverage may be suspended until the balance is resolved. We are not obligated to provide coordination services during any period in which your membership is inactive.
05 Scope & limitationsOur service covers the coordination of returning a member home from a location away from their home of record. Certain circumstances may fall outside the scope of coverage, including but not limited to:

08Limitation of liabilityWe coordinate with third-party providers — including funeral homes, transport carriers, and government agencies — whose actions, timelines, and decisions are outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Return Home Protection is not liable for delays, acts, or omissions of these third parties, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount of membership fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
09Changes to these termsWe may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10 Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Return Home Protection is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
